Hi, I’m Rachel, the founder and owner of Flow Wellness. And I’m so glad you’re here!
Whether this is your first time looking for a therapist for yourself or your teen, or you’ve had many experiences in therapy before, it’s normal for this search to feel exciting and overwhelming. You’ve already taken the first step by being here and that can sometimes be the hardest part. My goal is to make this process as easy as possible for you by providing information about myself and my practice. If you think we’d be a good match, let’s schedule a free phone call to get to know each other.

“Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it's our greatest measure of courage.”

What to expect
Consultation
I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so we can learn about each other and see if we would be a good match for treatment. If we find that I may not be the right match for you, I will do my best to help you find another provider who better fits your needs.
Intake Appointments
Our first few sessions will be focused on gathering information. During these sessions, we will work together to come up with goals and gain a better understanding of how treatment will look.
Sessions
Individual sessions last 45-50 minutes. These appointments will occur on a weekly or bi-weekly (every other) basis at an agreed upon time and location. Frequency of sessions can be further discussed based on individual needs.
