Coming Back to Connection:
A Group for Individuals in Relationships
Coming Back to Connection is a virtual therapy group for individuals in romantic relationships who feel disconnected, distant, or unsure how to get back to feeling close again.
It’s a space for you to explore your side of the relationship—your needs, patterns, emotions, and responses—without having to manage or explain your partner’s experience. The group is supportive, structured, and relationally focused, offering both guided discussion and shared reflection. You’ll gain insight, language, and practical tools to help you show up more intentionally and connected—whether your relationship is feeling strained, stuck, or simply not how it used to feel.
This group is ideal for individuals who:
Are in a monogamous, romantic relationship
Feel emotionally disconnected, misunderstood, or lonely in their relationship
Want support without attending couples therapy
Are open to reflection, learning, and shared experience
Together, we’ll gently explore topics and questions like:
Why does connection feel hard?
What gets in the way of closeness?
How can I feel more grounded, secure, and authentic in my relationship?
How stress, emotions, and your nervous system impact how you show up
Expressing needs and boundaries without guilt or shutdown
Emotional intimacy, vulnerability, and feeling seen
Resentment, repair, and self-reflection
Reconnecting with yourself and how you want to show up in your relationship
